The Clean N Company Story

Brandon and Erica Southwell, after growing up, here in Northern Michigan, married and made their home in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan. Shortly after, they began their family, having daughter Finley Rose and son Porter Wayne. They quickly realized, the importance of family and the need for Erica to be able to spend much more quality time raising their children. Erica became motivated to start her own business so she could control her own schedule. Erica opened her cleaning business, starting out with just one or two residential accounts, but the word got out, and her cleaning business took off. Clean N Co. and her highly qualified staff, quickly expanded and now includes residential, commercial, and rental cleaning. After seeing his wife flourish, Brandon also yearned to became an entrepreneur himself and decided that it only made sense to join his wife in her cleaning business, only in a slightly different respect. He would pick up where Erica leaves off which is exterior cleaning. Both businesses converged as one and now Northern Michigan Clean N Company can satisfy virtually every need of a home owner, business owner, or a rental owner's cleaning needs.
