Keep your rental procedures simple and clear by having a one page sheet with all of the rental details on it. Place it in a place that is easy for your renters to locate it. This sheet should include information such as wifi username and password, check in and out procedures, and emergency contact information. When acquiring items for your rental property, it is advisable to consider the maximum number of guests it can accommodate. For instance, if your rental can house up to 4 guests, we recommend providing two sets of towels and sheet sets per guest.
