bathroom caddy stocked with essential supplies in each
bathroom. This curated selection includes small trash bags, a
toilet bowl brush, toilet bowl cleaner, all-purpose cleaner,
air freshener spray, and additional toilet paper. By supplying this thoughtful caddy, it not only
empowers guests to maintain the bathroom during their stay but also facilitates a seamless
preparation process for our cleaning team to ensure a pristine experience for the next renter.
In our experience, we have determined that utilizing a wall-mounted soap dispenser in the showers
is more efficient than using small individual bottles. This approach is more cost-effective for you, as it
minimizes the need to throw away partially used bottles. Additionally, it simplifies the refill process for
your cleaning crew by using bulk sized soap bottles.
Keep your rental procedures simple and clear by having a one page sheet with all of the rental
details on it. Place it in a place that is easy for your renters to locate it. This sheet should include
information such as wifi username and password, check in and out procedures, and emergency
contact information. We strive to ensure a streamlined and transparent rental process for the
convenience of our renters. We recommend providing a concise, one-page document containing all
essential rental details. This document should be prominently displayed for easy access by renters, for
example on the fridge or in a welcome binder. Key information that includes the WiFi username and

When acquiring items for your rental property, it is advisable to consider the maximum number of
guests it can accommodate. For instance, if your rental can house up to 4 guests, we recommend
providing two sets of towels and sheet sets per guest. One set of towels and sheets should be made
available for their use, while the additional set should be stored in your locked storage area. If you
prefer to offer two sets readily accessible for your guests, a third set should be securely stored to
facilitate a seamless turnover between rentals.
